Tutorial Overview

Create a 12-shot storyboard for any project: video production, marketing campaign, presentation, or design sequence.

Exercise 1: Plan Your Sequence

Choose a project type and plan 12 shots:

Example - Product Launch Video:

  1. Product reveal (hero shot)
  2. Feature detail 1
  3. Feature detail 2
  4. Lifestyle context
  5. User testimonial setup
  6. Product in use 7-12. Various angles and contexts

Exercise 2: Generate Storyboard Frames

In Generate mode, create each shot:

"Shot 1: Product reveal, dramatic lighting, close-up"
"Shot 2: Close-up of key feature, detail focus"

Generate all 12 shots.

Exercise 3: Organize in Canvas

  1. Switch to Canvas mode
  2. Drag all 12 images onto canvas
  3. Arrange in 4×3 grid
  4. Resize consistently
  5. Align using toolbar

Exercise 4: Add Annotations

Use Text tool (T) to add:

  • Shot numbers (1, 2, 3...)
  • Duration notes (3s, 5s, etc.)
  • Camera direction notes
  • Key dialogue or action

Exercise 5: Export Storyboard

Export as single image for sharing with team or clients.
