Tutorial Overview

Create a character that remains visually consistent across 20+ different images and contexts.

Project: Build Complete Character Reference

Goal: Generate 20 images of the same person/subject in different contexts, maintaining perfect visual consistency.

Exercise 1: Establish Base Character

Generate foundation references:

"Professional woman in her 30s, modern business casual style, friendly approachable demeanor, brown hair shoulder length, glasses, warm smile"

Generate 3 angles:

  • Front view
  • Side profile
  • Three-quarter view

Save all to /Characters/Professional_Woman/

Exercise 2: Create Expression Library

Using base as reference, generate expressions:

"@front_view same person, smiling warmly"

"@front_view same person, serious professional expression"

"@front_view same person, surprised expression"

"@front_view same person, thoughtful, looking away"

Exercise 3: Multiple Outfits

Maintain face, change clothing:

"@front_view same person, casual jeans and sweater"

"@front_view same person, formal business suit"

"@front_view same person, athletic wear"

Exercise 4: Different Contexts

Place character in varied settings:

  1. "@professional_woman in modern office at desk"
  2. "@professional_woman presenting to small group"

  5. "@professional_woman in video call setup"

Continue to 20 total scenes.

Exercise 5: Quality Check

Review all 20 images:

  • Same facial features?
  • Recognizable as same person?
  • Consistent age and build?
  • Visual coherence across all?
