Tutorial Overview
Create a complete 3-shot video sequence, learning motion control, model selection, and sequential generation.
Exercise 1: Basic Video Generation
Generate your first video with Veo 3.1:
"Camera pushes forward through modern office, natural lighting, professional"
Settings:
- Duration: 6s
- Aspect ratio: 16:9
Exercise 2: Using Start Frames
- Generate a still image: "Modern kitchen, wide angle"
- Use as start frame
- Generate video: "Camera pans right across kitchen"
Result: Video starts from your exact image.
Exercise 3: Start AND End Frames
- Generate start: "Person standing"
- Generate end: "Same person sitting"
- Generate video using both frames
Result: Smooth transition between frames.
Exercise 4: Model Comparison
Generate the same shot with different models:
- Kling: "City street at sunset" (fast, low cost)
- Seedance: Same prompt (balanced)
- Veo: Same prompt (premium)
Compare quality and choose the right model for your use case.
Exercise 5: 3-Shot Sequence
Create a cohesive sequence:
Shot 1: "Exterior of modern cafe, morning light" Shot 2: "Interior cafe, person ordering coffee" Shot 3: "Close-up of coffee being poured"
Generate each, then assemble in Editor mode.
