Custom Generation Names

Introduction

Generated files get automatic names like "generation_001.jpg". Renaming them makes organization and reference easier, especially in large projects.

Renaming Generated Files

Method 1: Right-click

• Right-click any file
• Select "Rename"
• Type new name
• Press Enter

Method 2: AI Agent

• Request: "Rename this file to 'hero_product_shot'"
• AI renames automatically

When to Rename

• Successful generations: Give good results descriptive names
• Reference assets: Name by what they are ("brand_logo", "office_interior")
• Organized projects: Name by purpose or category
• Before favoriting: Named files are easier to find later
