Organization mode turns Flik AI into a shared creative workspace for teams. All members work from a single pool of credits, see shared projects, and are billed centrally. Roles (owner, admin, member) control who can invite others, manage billing, and access projects.

How do I create an organization?

Open Settings → Organization → Create organization. Pick a name, set billing, invite teammates by email. The creator becomes the owner with full admin rights. Organizations run on the Business plan ($100/month for teams) or a custom Enterprise plan.

How do credits work in Organization mode?

Organization credits are pooled — everyone on the team draws from the same monthly allowance (1,500 credits/month on Business, custom on Enterprise). Purchased credit top-ups add to the organization's balance and never expire. Individual usage is tracked per member in the Usage tab.

Yes. The Personal / Organization toggle in the top-left of the sidebar switches modes instantly. Credits, projects, and billing follow whichever mode is active. Your Personal workspace and Organization workspace stay completely separate.

Yes. Projects, assets, and prompts in an organization are only visible to members of that organization. Flik AI does not train on any customer content — inference goes to AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Kuaishou, MiniMax, ElevenLabs, Suno) strictly to generate requested outputs.
