Multi-Select Everything

Use shift-select for ranges, cmd/ctrl-select for individual items, and rubber band selection in Canvas mode.

Introduction

Multi-select lets you work with multiple files at once. Move them, delete them, or drag them together for faster workflows.

Selection Methods

Click (Single Select)

Click any file to select it. Previously selected items are deselected.

Shift+Click (Range Select)

  1. Click first file
  2. Hold Shift
  3. Click last file
  4. All files between are selected

Use for: Selecting consecutive files in list

Cmd/Ctrl+Click (Toggle Select)

  1. Click first file
  2. Hold Cmd (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows)
  3. Click additional files
  4. Each click toggles selection

Use for: Selecting non-consecutive files

Rubber Band (Canvas Mode)

In Canvas mode:

  1. Click empty space
  2. Drag to create selection box
  3. All objects inside box are selected

What You Can Do with Multiple Selected

  • Move: Drag to folders
  • Delete: Press Delete to remove all
  • Favorite: Star multiple at once
  • Drag to canvas: Add all to mood board
  • Drag to timeline: Add all to video
  • Drag to AI: Attach multiple as context

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Cmd+A: Select all in current folder
  • Escape: Deselect all
  • Shift+Arrow: Extend selection
